Assistant Principal - Bridgett Brown

Hello!

My name is Bridgett Brown and I am an assistant principal at LES! It brings me so much joy to support the students and staff at Lawrenceville Elementary School. We believe that our students are today's learners and tomorrow's leaders!

 

I began my career almost 20 years ago as a kindergarten teacher here in Gwinnett County. As a teacher, my passion for teaching and learning grew as I discovered a love for helping students to experience education in a way that is meaningful to them. Every student is unique and brings their individual experiences to the classroom. It is an absolute joy to witness students have 'lightbulb' moments and reach their potential!

 

When I am not at LES, I am making memories with my amazing family! My husband, Rodney, and I have been married for over 30 years! We have been blessed to raise five beautiful and talented children, 1 daughter and 4 sons. They are all moved out now, so we are officially 'empty nesters' but we're truly enjoying our new roles as Gigi and PopPop to our eight precious grandchildren!

 

Each day, we encourage each other to Lead by learning, Embrace diversity, Achieve excellence, and Develop citizenship! When we work together, nothing is impossible!
