Hello Lawrenceville Elementary Family!

My name is Kadian Dennis-Walls and I am proud to serve as one of your assistant principals.  Here at LES we believe and teach our students to Lead by learning, Embrace diversity, Achieve excellence, and Develop citizenship. When combined, these pillars of beliefs will create the next generation of LEADERS.

I am passionate about teaching and learning and firmly believe that education is the great equalizer. I began my teaching career in New Jersey in 2004 and during my tenure there I taught several grade levels and earned my Masters degree in Educational Administration. In 2013, my family and I moved to Georgia where I taught 2nd grade at Ferguson Elementary for five years. In 2018, I transitioned out of the classroom and became an instructional coach. I stayed in that position until I was appointed as assistant principal in 2023.  

My family is very important to me. I’ve been married to my husband of 16 years and we have two boys who are GCPS students.  Both boys play basketball, so my weekends are filled with travel leagues, bedazzled shirts, and lots of shouting (yes I’m that mom..lol). 

Here at LES we pride ourselves on being a family and I hope that each time you walk through our doors that sentiment is felt. With a strong family connection, we can ensure the success of each and every child. Here is to a successful school year filled with achievements and celebrations!
